Summer Stay Information
Summer Stay will be available for all current Nexus Properties residents returning to a Nexus building in the fall. In order to stay, residents must meet all of the following criteria:
1. Be a current resident in a Nexus Building (220 Rowan Blvd, 230 Victoria St, 223 High St).
2. Be assigned to a Nexus building for the 2018-2019 academic year (220 Rowan Blvd, 230 Victoria St, 223 High St, 114 Victoria St, 57 North Main).
3. Be enrolled in a summer course, employed locally, or have an internship locally. Residents will be required to provide documentation to verify your reason for stay.
*Online courses do not qualify.
Summer Stay will be at no charge to the resident, so long as they meet all above criteria. The Summer Stay Policy may be changed and will reflect the updated policy on this website. Students are required to check this policy online as notice may not be provided regarding the change.
All requesting to reside over the summer must complete the form by April 20th. Property Management will reach out to the applicant letting them know when they are approved or rejected for summer stay. If approved, Property Management will ask you to sign an electronic Summer Extension of the Private Affiliated Student Housing License Agreement by the deadline. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in a denial and require the student to move out for the Summer Break.
