Opened in Fall 2015, 220 Rowan Boulevard offers the best of both worlds: privately owned and operated student housing just minutes from Rowan University’s main campus.
Students enjoy an upscale, modern living environment with convenient access to shopping, dining, and campus. Each apartment features private sleeping rooms with double beds, furnished shared great rooms with flat-screen TVs and basic cable, and basic internet service. Residents can choose from academic-year license agreements, with summer housing options also available. Garage parking is available for added convenience.
Although 220 Rowan Boulevard is privately owned, Nexus Properties has partnered with Rowan University to include the property in the university’s student housing lottery system. Students can select 220 Rowan Boulevard through the Rowan University housing system and receive final approval from Nexus Properties, provided they meet the terms and conditions of the Nexus Properties license agreement.
