Students looking to cancel their Nexus housing must follow the Rowan RLUH Cancellation request process, which can be found here: https://sites.rowan.edu/housing/rates/cancel.html. Please note that moving out does not necessarily mean that you have been approved for cancellation. Students who move out without approval will have their housing charges remain on their billing.

If approved to cancel your housing, please return your hard key and fob to the 220 Rowan Boulevard front desk after you have cleared your belongings from your space and locked your bedroom door.

If you have moved out, but forgot to return your key, it can be mailed to the following address:
