How is your property different from the competitors?

What is your pet policy?

Nexus Properties welcomes cats and dogs (a maximum of two pets per apartment).The following breeds are prohibited restrictions: Akita, Tosa Inus, German Shepard, Malamute, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Argentine Dogo, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmation, Shar Pei, Wolf American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Great Dane, Bull Mastiff, Siberian Husky, or any mix of the above breeds or half-breeds. For more information please contact the Leasing Office as breed restrictions may be subject to change.

  1. Do you allow exotic pets?                                                                                     Unfortunately, we do not allow exotic pets.

  2. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?                            There is a security pet fee of ½ a security deposit, and a $25.00 per pet, monthly charge

  3. How much is the security deposit?                                                                                      The security deposit amount is typically equal to one month’s rent, but may vary based on the result of the application scoring process. 

  4. How do you Submit a Pet Application?
    Pet Applications can be submitted online, located on the bottom of the Pet Policies Page.


What utilities are you responsible for in Park Place North, Park Place South, and 220 Rowan Boulevard?

In addition to the monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the following:

  • Water/Sewer $50/month

  • Gas & Electric (varies monthly)

  • Cable Services (Verizon)

    • The TV services is Custom TV package and 1 Set Top Box, with Internet Speed of 200/200.

  • Additional parking passes (if Applicable): Retail Rate $100/month, Discounted for Residents


Is my security deposit refundable?

Yes, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance owed on your account. Security deposits are retuned within 30 days of move out.


Will you accept electronic payments?

Absolutely – For your convenience, we accept electronic and credit card payments through our resident portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

When is my rent payment due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

After hours, you may use our convenient pay online option through our resident portal.


There is a person who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease?

Guests are permitted to stay, however any period over 14 days, the guest is considered an occupant and must be added to the lease agreement. Any occupants 18 years or older will need to apply and be accepted prior to being added to the lease agreement.

Do you have parking within the community?

Yes, Nexus residents have several options, depending on building. Residents also have a variety of options from short-term parking to purchasing monthly permits through the Nexus Parking Systems. 

Will you accept delivery packages for me?

Absolutely - We offer package concierge service.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

You may request service by logging onto the resident portal in Sightplan to initiate a service request.  If your request is an emergency maintenance issue, please call our emergency service line at 856-628-5654.

Is grilling allowed on private balconies?

Nexus offers designated community grills on the two common balconies of 220 Rowan Blvd, 6th floor. Due to safety reasons, grilling is not permitted on private apartment balconies or patios.

How do I update my vehicle information?
